Mengatasi Kendala Pembelajaran Masa Pandemi Covid 19 dengan Pembelajaran campuran di SMP Negeri 3 Tuntang Kabupaten Semarang.

Peristiwa pandemic Covid 19 pada awal tahun 2020 telah membuat dunia pendidikan menerima pengaruh yang sangat merepotkan, pendidikan yang mapan berjalan secara tatap muka di sekolah tiba-tiba harus dihentikan 14 hari untuk memutus rantai penyebaran penyakit Virus Corona, karena keadaan belum membaik pembelajaran di lakukan secara Daring menggunakan media social yang ada, hal ini juga dialami oleh SMP N 3 Tuntang Kabupaten Semarang.

Pada awal pembelajaran daring Aplikasi WhatsApp dipilih untuk melakukan pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan guru mengirim materi pembelajaran kemudian dikirim ke grup WA kelas, kemudian peserta didik mengirim jawaban ke grup WA tersebut, kendala muncul setelah satu sampai dua minggu pembelajaran  peserta didik mulai tidak mengirimkan jawaban karena kesulitan sinyal HP, HP rusak, Paket Quota boros dan kendala lain. Guru juga  alami kendala menumpuknyaa jawaban di memori HP sehingga menjadi susah untuk melakukan pembelajaran, maka guru mulai belajar menggunakan media lain untuk melakukan pembelajaran dan dipilihlah Google Classroom yang dirasakan mudah dipelajari dan diterapkan dalam pembelajarn. Mulailah bulan-bulan selanjutnya menggunakan Google Classroom dalam pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh para guru dengan segala kendala yang tetap menyertai seperti HP rusak, kesulitan sinyal, paket data habis sehingga butuh solusi untuk mengurangi kendala yang ada.

Dari kendala yang ada maka diupayakan mencari jalan keluar yang dapat meringankan kendala baik yang ada pada peserta didik, orang tua maupun guru, maka pada saat pandemi covid 19 masih sangat mengkhawatirkan sekolah menempuh kebijakan menggunakan pembelajaran daring dan luring, pembelajaran daring tetap dilakukan dengan menggunakan Google Classroom, sedangkan pembelajaran luring dilakukan guru dengan menyediakan materi kemudian digandakan sebanyak peserta didik yang mengalami kendala. Pada pembelajaran luring ini peserta didik diminta datang ke sekolah untuk mengambil materi yang sudah disiapkan dan mengembalika penugasan pada hari yang telah ditentukan. Pelaksanaan pembelajara secara daring dan luring ini dapat berjalan baik sehingga dapat mengurangi kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam melakukan pembelajaran maupun peserta didik yang benar-benar mengalami kendala tidak memiliki HP, ketidak lancaran sinyal HP, kehabisan Paket data.

Seiring penyebaran Covid 19 yang tidak segera mereda pendidikan masih berlangsung secara daring dan luring sebagian peserta didik tidak mau ikut pembelajaran dan membuat  sekolah menempuh berbagai upaya melakukan pendekatan dengan wali kelas dan guru menanyakan dan mengunjungi  mereka dan ditemui banyak dari mereka yang sengaja tidak mengikuti pembelajaran dengan berbagai alasan kesulitan, namun dari pengamatan guru sebagian besar dari mereka juga dihinggapi rasa malas.

Untuk mengatasi kendala munculnya peserta didik yang tidak mengikuti pembelajaran daring maupun luring sekolah mengadakan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas dengan seijin dari Dinas Pendidikan, Kebudayaan , Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Semarang. Pembelajaran tatap muka dilakukan secara terbatas dengan jadwal bergilir untuk mata pelajaran tertentu dilakukan tatap muka dan mata pelajaran lainnya dilakukan secara daring, untuk setiap tingkat kelas mendapat jadwal tatap muka dua hari dengan waktu pembelajaran masing-masing mata pelajaran 60 menit, dengan melakukan Protokol Kesehatan cuci tangan, pakai masker, dan menjaga jarak.

Pembelajaran campuran Daring, Luring dan Tatap muka akhirnya menjadi solusi yang dilakukan di SMP N 3 Tuntang dalam menghadapi Pandemi Covid 19
